The hotel had a mix of benefits and drawbacks. The rooms were on the small side, dark, and dull for some, while others found them large and perfect, especially for families with young children. The service was lovely but busy, and the housekeeping service stood out. The location offered great dining and shopping options but lacked comfortable seating. The dining experience was pretty good, especially the inclusive breakfast. Facilities were adequate but with room for improvement.

The hotel offers excellent views but unfortunately, I experienced a loud noise at late night that disrupted my sleep. Our nonrefundable room had a double bed that wasn't comfortable for two boys. The service was polite but had to request quieter behavior. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the premier shopping mall with a convenient view of the skyline. The dining experience was let down by slow service and reheated food at times.

The hotel has clean and nicely renovated rooms, but initially, I was given a dirty room with old carpet, which required a room change. The service was exemplary with staff always happy to assist. The location is superb, offering a great shopping experience and easy access to transportation hubs. The dining was a delight but slightly pricey. Overall, a pleasant stay marred only by minor room issues.
